Silvia fronts our Executive Interim and Consulting offering across International Territories. She has appointed executive interim leaders across the world, predominantly within APAC, US & Europe to fulfil Transformation and Change Management projects within M&A, PE, Start-Ups, Crisis Management, Digital & Innovation, Restructuring, Turnaround & Performance Improvement.
Prior to joining McLean, Silvia held a Partner role at an international Management Consulting firm and lived and worked in China for over 10 years. She has travelled extensively throughout Asia and Europe advising and supporting clients on transition and transformational projects across various industries.
Operating at an international cross- border level, Silvia has diverse experience of working with multicultural teams and clients across different industries and functions.
Silvia holds a degree in International Business and Politics from Brunel University of London.
