Becky is an experienced HR generalist who has worked with a wide range of Public and Private sector organisations, including in Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Science and Technology.
Becky gained her initial HR experience at JP Morgan, before moving to Investec where she partnered with the Investment Banking team. After relocating back to the South coast, Becky joined LV= where she held a number of roles, deepening her experience in Business Partnering, Employee Relations and Learning & Development.
With her experience as an HR generalist, Becky advises and supports clients across the full range of HR topics including diversity and inclusion, policy and procedure, employee relations and compensation and benefits through to learning and development.
Becky is passionate about enabling meaningful change in teams and closely with her clients to develop Learning and Development programmes which support the strategic goals of the business and aspirations of the team. She is a qualified Executive Coach and practitioner in Insights Discovery, Emotional Intelligence profiling and Myers Briggs.
