Florence leads the Investment Banking practice globally. She has seventeen years experience in executive search and established a number of successful investment banking search practices before joining McLean Partnership in 2022. She has an impeccable track record in advising and leading the execution of human capital initiatives for global and regional investment banks, boutique advisory firms and private equity firms. She has led senior-level search mandates, including individual target hires and team build outs and has successfully led and executed several consulting projects focused on competitor intelligence and overall market analysis. Prior to executive search, she worked for more than 16 years as an investment banker.
Having been brought up in Africa, travelled extensively and lived in Asia, Florence has developed a strong understanding and adaptability to diverse cultures and is a keen advocate for diversity in the workplace. She graduated from L’Institut Supérieure de Gestion (ISG) in Paris with a degree in business.
