Working with their EMEA region, we conducted an independent review into the culture of the organisation. The aim is to understand if the recent restructure and lay-offs has changed the culture negatively as their speak-up channels has had several notable complaints.
We conducted 1-2-1 interviews with key staff members at different levels of the organisation. This allowed us to assess if the issue is top-down, bottom-up and/or just prevalent at all levels of the organisation. Following this interview with staff members, we were able to submit a detailed report to the organisation with key recommendations to take forward.
We supported the organisation with communicating the outcome of the review to the leadership team, including how to cascade the information and outcome to participants and later the rest of the team in the EMEA region.
